At a local school, he meets Little Mi Sook who is mindlessly pressing on a piano that produces no sound. While his parents are busy with presenting the scholarships, Dong Joo sneaks out. Luck is not with him today as another company joins him, Mi Sook’s daughter known as Little Mi Sook (Kim Sae Ron). He also harbors a boy-crush on the barber’s assistant, Mi Sook (Kim Yeo Jin), and frequently peeks at her from the window. Despite the hard work, Bong Young Gyu lives an optimistic life with his mother and son. They make a living by selling their crop in a local market.
